RETURNS & EXCHANGES

honeyroo™ offers a 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.  In order for an item to be accepted for a full refund, it must be returned in its original state (no wear, tear, stains etc) and the tag still attached.  Items returned not in their original state will be granted partial refunds.

Orders may be cancelled ONLY if  the item has not already been shipped.  If the item has been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and send it back to receive the full refund.

CARRIER DETAILS

What waist size does your carrier fit?

• The support belt on our baby carriers adjusts from 28 inches to 52 inches.  For additional comfort, you can purchase our belt extender which expands the belt an additional 19.5 inches.

What makes your carrier ergonomic?

• Simple! Our dual ergonomic design which maximizes weight distribution.  The first, and one of our most unique features, is our cozy hip seat.  This seat adds strong support for your child's weight while removing it from your back.  The second is our carriers unique X-strap design which helps center your child's weight on your upper back.  Most carriers utilize a standard shoulder strap design which pulls your back and neck where your body is most weak.  Our dual ergonomic features ensure you and your child stay as comfortable as possible so you can enjoy every adventure together pain free!

Is your baby certified and meet all safety regulations?

• We sure are!  Our products are U.S. CPSC approved and have been inspected / tested by AM Testing & Services, INC.  Be sure to check our certifications page for more information.

What is the recommended age range / weight?

• Our baby carriers are unique as they can transform with your child's age.  From 0-3 months you can utilize the hip seat as arm support for the cradle carry position.  From 3-6 months your child can sit up on the hip seat.  From 4-36 months your child can be carried inward facing, and from 6-36 months your child can begin outward facing.  For weight, our carriers can support up to 44lbs (20kg).

Where do you ship from?

• We ship from our warehouse in Pontiac, Michigan.

How much is shipping?

• This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Currently, shipping to most areas in the US is $7.99. International shipping charges will vary based on your country.

Do you ship internationally?

• We currently offer international shipping to select countries.  

How do I track my package?

• You can check on the status of your order at any time by visiting our "track my package" page and inserting your tracking number.  

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

• Typically 4-7 days if you reside in the US, and 8-12 days for international customers.  Please note we don't ship on weekends.  All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.
